Charms is a popular database system used by many music educators to make organization and tracking of administrative information easier which frees them up to do the important work -- Teaching Music! 

CHARMS is used to track a wide variety of information from uniform assignments, to fundraising accounts, to personal contact information.

(Please note:  Although an event calendar is included in Charms, currently the most accurate event calendar is maintained on the this site.

RECORDING YOUR PLAYING EXAMS USING CHARMS

LOGGING IN

1.  Go to the Charms Office website using the following link:

          https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/parents.asp
2.  For School Code, enter SGHSBand (including upper and lower case letters)

3.  Click the button "ENTER PARENTS AREA"

4.  Enter your Student's ID Number ######  in the Student Password area and click the Enter button 

5.  Once you've logged in, click the PERSONAL INFO button and change as necessary.
