Wind Symphony rehearsal on March 2nd was cancelled due to inclement weather, though is rescheduled for Thursday, March 4th from 2:30p-6p.
The Symphonic Band Camp for Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 6th, 8:30a-2p.
Our guest clinician for the Wind Symphony will be at the March 16th rehearsal, 2:30-6p.
We will travel to Peachtree Ridge HS on Saturday, March 20th for the 2010 LGPE.
The Spring Concert is currently scheduled for May 11, 2010.

The South Gwinnett High School Band of Stars is a band of distinction, representing the Snellville area with numerous Superior Ratings and Awards since its existence. The South Gwinnett Band performed this past September in the Georgia Power Parade of Excellence and will represent Georgia this Spring as they travel to Orlando. The band has also been invited to represent the State of Georgia in the 2011 National Independence Day Parade in Washington, D.C. Through the Band's Motto of Sound, Style, Sophistication, The Band of Stars are second to none!

Mrs. Collins comes to South from Brenau University, where she has earned her bachelors in Dance Education. She has been dancing for 16 years. She has danced with The Louise Bundy Dance Studio, Dance on the Move, and Psalms II Ministries and has currently auditioned with Zoetic Dance Ensemble. She has been a noted choreographer for many workshops hosted in Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Orlando. Mrs. Collins is a proud mother of two and looks forward to bringing new ideas to the dance world.
